About

Who We Are

NeighborGuard Security is a security oversight firm for HOA, condo, and apartment communities in Northern New Jersey.

We don't sell guards. We don't provide patrols. We build Board Protection Files™: one board-ready packet that turns your contracts, logs, complaints, and a night visit into a clear keep / fix / replace decision.

Our job is simple: give your leadership one file that makes your next security decision faster, calmer, and easier to defend later.

Our Story

Why we built this

NeighborGuard was built on a simple observation: there is a gap between what a security vendor report says and what residents actually experience after dark.

Most communities are spending real money on security and getting thin reports, recycled logs, and 45-minute arguments in return. Nobody has one clear file that shows what was checked, what was found, and what the leadership chose to do about it.

We built a documented system to close that gap: standardized intake, structured night audits, and a 12-document packet format that keeps every file consistent, clear, and ready for a leadership meeting.

We are not a patrol company looking for a contract. We are an independent oversight firm that exists to protect the decision group and its records.

Our Process

How we work

Every Board Protection File™ follows the same documented process:

1

Same intake and site context checklist

2

Same day + night audit route

3

Same 12-document packet format

4

Same QA check before delivery

Your file is consistent. Your records are organized. And your packet looks the same whether it's your first review or your fifth.

We work for your leadership group, not for any vendor. Every decision in the process asks two questions:

Will this make the next security meeting shorter and clearer?

Will this leave a clean record if someone looks back years from now?

That's it. That's the whole standard.
